Swiftech H240 X vs Corsair H100i

I7-47790k Stock settings
Corsair H100i AIO

Thinking about getting Swiftech H240 X

Is the Swiftech H240 X that much better then the Corsair h100i?

Anyone have the Swiftech H240 X and a I7 4790k and tell me there Idle temps?
I see a ton of videos talking about how the Swiftech H240 X can be upgraded with doing a GPU too, is it hard to do this?
