We can now get 4k monitors and TVs, but do we get 4k in blu-ray yet or not?

Solution
Exactly. So why would you want it uncompressed. DVDs and Blu Rays manage just fine using intelligent compression, which can be lossless. There's no reason why 4K media wouldn't use the same (and every reason why they would). So talking about uncompressed files is fairly pointless in this context.
The TV will upscale the HD stuff to 4K but it is not really any better than standard HD (in the same way that standard content on an HD TV is not nearly so good as proper HD content). I don't really see the point in buying a 4K TV until proper 4K content is readily available.

Since a Blu Ray holds 25GB, and 4K is 4 times the size of HD, that statement must be incorrect. In the same way that a Blu Ray is about 5 times the capacity of a DVD, you would need around 125GB for a 4K movie (perhaps 250GB with dual-layer media).
