PC Turns on but there is no Display. Light and Fans run (No beep)

I bought this PC 3 months ago. This morning i started getting problems because when I turn it on everything goes fine except that my monitor doesn't get display.

I tested:
Cleaning RAM
Checking on another monitor.
Tested the GPU on another PC and worked fine.

This problem must be caused by my PSU or Motherboard.

I have very important files on the PC and really need to fix this.
Could anyone help me ?

Have you tried using a different display port on the gpu like I assume you have a vga and an hdmi port then maybe you can get in there at least and update the drivers to see if that helps.
