I am trying to hook up 4 tv's spread throughout office to one central PC

I am brand new to this site and also new to the IT world.

At the company i work for we are using smart TV's as monitors hung on the wall through out the office. Behind each TV is a ethernet jack so they can all run through the companies network and access internet. We want the TV's to show scoreboards, company sales, and static information. Picture an airport and how the monitors tell you when the planes are leaving or delayed. Is there a way i can control these screens from one central location?
