Unstable CPU Temp in Torture Test

Recently, I have been using Prime 95 to try to find the best voltage to run my CPU at when overclocking. However, after the first few tests, I've noticed a strange pattern. My CPU will stay at about 60C for the first 3 to 6 minutes, but after that, the temperature will start dipping by 15 degrees every 8 seconds before rising again. According to Corsair Link, the fans and pump were running at constant speeds the entire time. Does anyone know what the problem could be? I'm running an i5 2500K at 4.5 GHZ and 1.275V. Turbo boost is disabled, and all other BIOS settings are at their defaults.

Even when the CPU is at 100% load, temperatures will not always be the same. It's something I've learned through experience. This doesn't seem like something you should worry about, but I would also make sure that you use a variety of tests in Prime95 and maybe try IntelBurnTest (I actually prefer IBT over P95, to be honest).
