Newegg Order Verification

I placed an order yesterday morning and it was separated into two different orders, both orders have been charged on my card but one of them is stuck in order verification on newegg, I also recieved emails about order #1 being authorized and order #2 being charged.
Here are both orders.

Order #2 - Order Verification

Why was order #1 immediately processed and order #2 is still being verified?
