Looking for a Low budget Monitor (under 200)

I am looking for a gaming monitor for cod that is reasonably priced and come with av ports for my turtle beach headset and a hdmi so I can get the best resolution any ideas will be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.
I also would like apps like youtube capability as I would use it as a streaming tv or a cable tv.
