High Def 1080P Camcorder that can be used as a webcam. Preferably a Sony Handycam *2013 models or newer*

I ran across an article about using a Sony Handycam as a high def webcam, the only thing that was needed was the camcorder itself and the option to enable "USB Streaming" so that the camcorder could be used as a webcam.

I've been looking around and I cannot seem to find any models with that listed in the features.
I was wondering if anyone else had any luck with using a 1080p digital camcorder as a webcam, I've heard people using Sony's Handycam series but I'm open to anything.

As far as I know, no new camcorder models have webcam function over USB, the ones that do are in the DV tape era.

For some options, Ustream has a pretty good section on what you can use. While they talk about streaming, you can use any of those setup for streaming as a webcam aside from the wireless ones that do a direct to stream signal. https://ustream.zendesk.com/entries/21691944-Recommended-cameras-for-streaming-on-Ustream

This only works with specific camera models, and every one that I could find were older ones. The example camera they use is from 2006. Plus you need the right USB driver for the camera which may not be available for newer operating systems.
