Cannot "Report to moderator" a "tutorial"

It seems that spam messages (like the one just posted with a phone number and "Technical Support" in various forums) flagged as "Tutorials" cannot be reported for abuse.

As far as the spam issue is concerned, the mods have that handled; you don't need to worry about that. They work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that things like that don't bother our users, and very few make it past the nets we cast.

In terms of reporting other tutorials, there should be no issue. I tried it just now on this account and on a test account and in both instances, at the bottom right hand corner of the tutorial post, there was a small button with an exclamation point inside a black triangle, the same "Report abuse" button that is present on normal posts.

There was a "report issue" button, but on that post it did nothing (it was clickable but no action). On this post here, that triangle leads to 404

I do, and have reported other abuses in "ordinary" forums, but cannot report it in tutorials - clicking the button does nothing. I will try alternative browsers next time I need that.

I am usually browsing with IE, no ad blockers here, but I will make sure to check next time I see that. Thank you for the ideas!
