Hi people. I'm after a PSU to run my system but it's on a budget. I need it to be at least 750w as I will eventually be putting in another gtx 670, probably in about 12-18 months time.
I am currently buying parts and hope to have it built within about 4-6weeks but I'm having trouble finding a PSU to do the job. I shall be o/cing and it will be used for gaming use only. Here's what ithasto run.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor (£176.78 @ CCL Computers)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler (£56.58 @ Ebuyer)
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard (£109.99 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£41.51 @ Amazon UK)
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£64.67 @ Scan.co.uk)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB Video Card (£299.60 @ Scan.co.uk)
Case: Cooler Master Storm Enforcer ATX Mid Tower Case (£64.67 @ Scan.co.uk)
Total: £813.80
(Prices include shipping and discounts when available.)

So I hope someone can help as I'm stumped. I'm trying to keep the budget under £900 total build.

XFX 750W PRO CORE EDITION PSU, £75 & definitely one of the best 750W PSU's without a doubt as this will provide all the power it says and is reliable!, http://www.ebuyer.com/241552-xfx-pro-750w-core-edition-psu-single-rail-9x-sata-4x-p1-750s-ukb9

62Amps on 12v Rail 62x12=744w (744w out 750w),XFX Brand name 5 star support & 5 year warranty + seasonic quality ( XFX PSU's are made by Seasonic), this way I knew i was getting a reliable PSU (as for previous builds i bought cheaper quality PSU's), large 135mm cooling fan,5 year XFX Warranty,80+ Bronze efficiency (85% + efficiency, large variety of various connectors!

OR this: Antec High Current 750W gamer PSU, http://www.awd-it.co.uk/antec-high-current-750w-gamer-power-supply-hcg-750.html

hope this helps

Antec TruePower New TP-750 (£71 @ Scan)

XFX Pro 750W Core Edition (£75 @ Dabs/BT/CCL Online/Ebuyer/Scan)
http://skinflint.co.uk/576814

Corsair TX750 V2 (£80 @ Dabs)
http://skinflint.co.uk/616452
Uses the same internal design as the XFX Pro 750W Core Edition, so if the XFX is cheaper there aren't many good reasons to get the Corsair instead (and vice versa).

Looks like pb18 was sucked in by XFX's marketing spiel, in regards to single +12V rails, which is not a good thing, so here are two explanations of it:

as my brothers said,a quality 750w with 60+ amps on +12v rail(s) will run a system very well with a 3570k/670 SLi setup.there is enough room for overclocking too.
Antec true power suggested by Silvune is a very good choice due to it's price tag.

The only reason i put all info on the XFX psu from my review because it identified alot of important features over buying a cheapo psu & I also felt it was the best 750w psu for money thats all, no big deal right? Exactly enough said :)

I really like the look of this option.

antec 750w

It's a great price and has some good reviews to. Its between the antec or the XFX 750w as mentioned above which is only a lil bit more money. What do you guys think then.

the Antec High Current Gamer PSU has 40Amps on each of four 12v rail compared to the antec Truepower which has 25Amps on each of its four 12v Rails

why??.......................

Personally I would go for the Antec TP-750. Probably mostly because of the cheaper price. Semi-modularity is an advantage for the Antec and there aren't any other significant differences between them that I can see, certainly nothing that justifies paying more for the XFX. Fan noise will be similar despite the different fan sizes. The amount and the lengths of the cables are very similar as well.

It actually has quite an intelligent +12V rail layout; to overload a 25A +12V rail when there are 4 of them you'd have to be trying to run components which are not suitable for a ~750W PSU, components which would probably overload a 750W unit with a single +12V rail.
