ASUS vs Philips 144hz monitor?

Hello,
I was wondering if you all could give me an insight as to which monitor would be the best choice for me to purchase. Unfortunately, I am stuck to purchasing off Amazon as I have a 220$ credit there. I have narrowed down my 2 choices in 144hz monitors to the ASUS vg248qe and the Philips 242G5DJEB.

It seems to me that the two monitors are very similar, and also similar in price with the Philips being a few dollars cheaper at the moment. Any insight between the two monitors would be extremely helpful and appreciated. I think that either choice would be a decent one, but I wanted to make sure before I made the purchase.

I have a MSI GTX 760 OC, and mainly play CS:GO and Insurgency, as well as spend a good deal of time on the computer for some of my College courses that I take online.

Spec wise they are same monitor. In this situation, I would look at the item, and choose based on price or other features. I like the USB ports on the Philips, and would go with that one.
