GTX 970- 80 Degrees when underload, too hot?

I recently put a Zotac GTX 970 in my PC, and i looked at the temps out of curiosity.

55-60 when idle, and 78-80 when games are being played.

Is this too hot?

It is inside this computer:

Things are relitevly tight in there

MSI afterburner & set a custom fan profile mate.
All the 970s up to 45-50c either drop a fan completely or spin at very low rpm.
Unless you have good airflow around the card with the default fan profile it never gets a chance to cool down.
