I do not think it's an overheating problem. It is corrupting my computer game files. It is a brand new AMD iBuyPower PC. Usually before the crash the music to my game will get monotone and then my keyboard will stop working, and finally everything stops responding and the screen with change colors to something random. Sometimes it just skips everything before that and just gives me a random color screen. Please help.

I put in my own parts on the site and such. It was working fine when I got it, it starting freezing when I starting running games on it. I would rather wait a bit before I send it back to see if I can fix it.

OK, fair enough. What are the specs of the pc? cpu, motherboard, ram, gpu and psu brand and type is important to know.

Did you look at the temperatures, is it not overheating?

That's what the temperatures read.

DDR3-1866 G.SKILL RipjawsX 8GB RAM
AMD R9 270X 2GB Video Card
Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P -- AMD 970 Motherboard
Corsair CX600 V2 PSU
AMD FX-8320 CPU (8x 3.50GHz/8MB L3 Cache) CPU

Did you ever end up fixing it? My friend has the same GPU and is having the same issue. Sometimes it will crash 20 times in an hour, other times it will run FurMark for an hour straight with no issues. Would really appreciate any feedback. 99 percent sure it's the GPU, but just in case it's something else I would prefer to know before I tell him to buy a new GPU and all.
