I am looking for a cheap 21-24 inch monitor for counter strike global offensive.

24" 1080p with a 1ms response time. Comes to $140 USD.

I like a SAMSUNG S24D390L or S24D590L.

This is a $150.00 to $200.00 PLS / IPS type panel with a 17.5 ms total input lag (very good for games) and a 5ms pixel response (buy itself is pretty meaningless...look at total input lag.

The SAMSUNG has good IPS type view angles and great colors yet is FAST for games and, inexpensive.

I find TN panel somewhat aggravating with good one minute weird the next on picture quality.

There are several reviews out on this excellent low buck choice.
