Planing to buy a full hd monitor on a budget

hi guys! I just need your advice on which monitor i should get in the 160$ price range. Been looking at the BenQ GL2460HM but i wonder iff the low contrast ratio of 12m will really make a difference compared to higher contrast ratio monitors like the 100m acer or the 50m asus.
So far the benq seems very attractive but i want to know iff the contrast ratio will really change something. Thanks for your precious advices!

Benq is good, but also look at Viewsonic.
