Hi everyone
This may seem like a silly question but I game on the following computer but want to get a bigger monitor.

Fx6300 @ 4.5ghz
HD 7770 Vapor-x
8gb 1600mhz ram
120gb ssd and 2x 1tb WD blue

I currently have a 19" Hanns-G monitor at 1440x900 and my games run pretty good at this resolution.
I want to get the BenQ GL2450HM and run at 1920x1080 but I'm worried my games will suffer because it's only an entry level system (my boyfriend built it for me).

Main Games played:
Sims 4
Fifa 15
World of tanks
Battlefield 3
Grid 2

Thanks for the help.
I hope to buy it today if I get positive feedback.

Ideally, you should game at the monitor's native resolution, or one that supports the same aspect ratio. For example, 1440x900 has an aspect ratio of 16:10, but 1920x1080 has an aspect ratio of 16:9. This can result in the image looking distorted.

An HD 7770 should do a good job at 1920x1080, providing you keep advanced graphical settings at modest levels.

In theory, since you have to draw 1,6 times more pixels you get 1,6 times less FPS (newFPS = FPS / 1,6) that means if you ran 60 FPS now you will run 37,5 FPS...at worst. You can expect better values.
