I'm planning to get a new monitor,
It's either going to be a 18.5" with a native res of 1366x768 or a 19.5" with a native res of 1900x600.
My computer specs:
i3 2120
4gb 1333Mhz DDR3 (planning to up it to 8gb)
Sapphire HD 7770 1GB

I plan to do some light photo and video editing, along with quite a bit of gaming(BF4,FC4,etc) . I don't mind paying games at high instead of ultra. Medium isn't too bad but i would prefer to stay at high.

These are the monitors, i don't have a huge budget and they both fall within my range

Going with the higher resolution is always something to shoot for, but that card may struggle with BF4/FC4 at High settings. For an FPS, anything less than 50-60 frames will be a disadvantage IMHO. Of course, you can always tweak the settings in game for a better experience. I'd say go for the larger screen.
