What's the difference between the two?
When I go to my followed tags, there are some threads which take me to some "tom's guide" forum, looks very much like Tom's hardware, but has a blue theme.

Tom's Hardware is geared primarily towards personal computers

Tom's Guide is geared primarily towards consumer electronics

Some forums, such as laptops and mobile devices are mirrored between the two
