I am looking to purchase a gaming computer around $400 tower only, but not sure if I should buy a store bought pc or try and build one myself, I am a noob to the pc world. I don't plan on playing a lot of pc games but I wold like a pc that can run newer games without any problems. The current system I have is OEM hp a6700y that I did manage to install gtx 750 Ti FTW (dual fans) -I would use this gpu if I were to build a pc. Can someone recomend both a ready built pc and a good set up for a build it yourself pc.

Building yourself is much better value for money. Many pre-built systems are overpriced. just do some research and you'll be fine building your own. There are many tutorials on YT.
That GPU is a decent pick for a low budget build. I would recommend:
CPU: AMDfx6300
Motherboard: gigabyte ud3p or ds3p
PSU: Any 500w from a reputable company eg Corsair
Case: Just look at some reviews and see what you like
HDD: Cheapest 1TB 7500RPM you can find
RAM: 8GB of 1600mhz. Cheapest you can find

What is your stance on the i5 CPU, specifically the 3570K?
