Lost my signature when updating profile

I just went and changed a few lines to my computer setup section of my profile. When I saved the changes my signature disappeared even though it was still in the edit box at the time.

Is there any way to restore my signature or do I need to recreate it?

Unfortunately, I don't think there is. Search engines don't see the signatures.

That shouldn't happen.

Hopefully it was just a freak form submission problem. I have more or less recreated my sig.
