Gigabyte AMD Radeon R7 260X 2GB GDDR5 OC

is This good enough for a 1920x1080 Display?

my old display is 1366*768 and i'm gonna buy a AOC D2367 23" 3D LED backlit IPS monitor?

or should i look for a better VGA?

if this 3d monitor isn't good please give me a better option.
it's hard to find a better 3d monitor in my country so please mention if there's any website with better 3d monitors with international shipping option.

Solution
First of all if you;re going to use a 3d monitor then your graphics card should handle over 100fps. While the 260x is theoretically a 1080p card, it can only manage above 30fps fps average. You need a lot more than that. For 3d its best to go with nvidia 970/780/780ti/980.

If 3d isn't your thing and you just need the high refresh rate then the 260x is the minimum i would get for a 1080p screen. A better choice would be a 280/285
