HI guy and Guyettes
I have had this problem for a while now and its that when i put my pc on 1776x1000 resolution it obviously doesn't take up all the screen, so when i put it on 1920x1080 it still doesn't take up all the screen which it should because i have tried it with my xbox (both conected via hdmi) and it looks fuzzy and blurry and worse quality to before (1776x1000) it cant be my monitor because it supports 1080p(http://www.amazon.co.uk/BenQ-EW2440L-24-inch-Monitor-3000/dp/B00HVCJS8K/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1422465555&sr=8-1&keywords=ew2440) and its not my graphics card becasue i have a Radeon R7 260X 2GB DDR5 Dedicated Graphics Card which supports 1080p heres my pc ...http://www.box.co.uk/Cube_Hurricane_Gaming_PC_Core_i5_with_Ra_1650755.html
I really hope you guys can help i can supply pictrures and videos if needed
Thanx for reading

That's good! 1776x1000 is a weird resolution.

So how the hell do you get to find that resolution? 1770x1000 isnt a standard. Looks like your ati settings in windows are messed up. Try to uninstall your drivers and reinstall. Try to set all to default
