I have recently assembled a new build and had a few questions for the pros.
What does the "Select Link Speed for PCIE 2-3" mean? There are 4 options, "Auto-1-2-3"
Is there advantage to select 2 over auto ?I have one 780ti in slot PCIE 2.

Does it matter which "C" state 3,5,7 the CPU is set to? For example is there a benefit to enable 3 but not 7? is one better than the other?

Last is mem setting. I have 16GB Corsair CMZ16GX3M2A2133C10 (SPD Latency 9-9-9-24, SPD Speed 1333MHz, SPD Voltage 1.5V. Speed Rating PC3-17066 (2133MHz), Tested Latency 10-11-11-31, Tested Speed 2133Mhz, Tested Voltage 1.5V)

It give you a couple of different pics on the mem (XMP is one) but there are a few "custom"
JDEC 1333mhz or 1066 and 2133(Which is set to now) I guess the 1333 is an option
9 7 10
9 7 11
9 7 11
24 20 31
Which is the better pick

Thanks,
Sebastian

I would assume link speed is some sort of method of limiting or unlimiting. The best thing to do is run some tests on each settings and decide what is best for you.

C states, if I recall correctly, are more about power modes. These should kick in at whatever stage depending on how much power your CPU needs or is using.

If I am understanding correctly, you are listing profiles that your RAM speed can run at. If that's true, the higher the number the faster it should perform. But if you're not doing anything taxing that would require the RAM to be sped up, I would just leave it at the default settings until needed.
