ultra low power monitor

Hi, im looking for a ultra low power monitor for a ultra low power gaming pc, 1920x1080 or 1024x768 native resolution, (will go into the shops tomorrow to see if hd looks better..) like 6 and a half watts or less while active if its 1024x768, possibly more if its usb as i intend to get a platinum or titanium rated power supply which may be more efficient than an adapter, 15'' plus preferable, 80-300$, any suggestions for both resolutions would be much appreciated

6 Watts? seriously? an ordinary bulb uses up to 100 Watts... now a days LCD monitors have reduced consumption to 20 Watts but 6 Watts? I don't know any
This monitor uses up to 20 Watts, and I am buying it tomorrow myself Samsung S24D590pl for almost 260$ at newegg
