Gaming PC build, last advice before buying!

Hi!

I finally managed to get the budget for my gaming build and I humbly come asking for a check before I buy the pieces.

PCpartpicker isn't very up to date with the italian retailers so many GPUs are not selectable, I placed a zotac gtx 970 in the list but I'm planning to go for the MSI gtx 970 instead, from what I've hear it's the top in the market.

About overclocking: I don't plan to overclock "untill I'll need to", I placed in the list a Hyper 212 EVO just to be sure..
