Trouble using 2 x Monitors with MSi GTX 970 Gaming 4G

Hey guys,

I've just recently upgraded to MSi GTX 970 Gaming 4G graphics card and I was using 2 x monitors with my old graphics no problem. Now that I have swapped to the 970 I can only get my monitors to work in the DVI-I main port on the card of which there is only one. The second slot is a DVI-D port but this doesn't work with my monitors for some reason. I've tried updating all drivers on my PC but still not having much luck. I have even tried using a VGA to DVI-D active adapter and this doesn't work. This is the second card as well as I returned the first one for this very issue and it was tested and found the card was faulty. Could it be another faulty card or is there something obvious that I'm missing or should try before I just give up on this card?

It's possible that it's faulty, but let's hope not.

What's the make and model of your PSU?

Try and update your motherboard's bios to the latest stable revision, and try again.
