I have an issue with my monitor going into a sleep mode after I restart windows. The monitor logo will appear, then it flashes "no signal" and goes into "sleep" power button goes from green to amber. This happens on 2 new builds, but not on my older rig. it comes up normal like it should.

FYI...Monitor has a sticker that says "vista ready" I know its old.

Thoughts or answers?

Hey Sean, that's a bit odd. Does it not come out of sleep mode at all? It might just be a setting that you haven't configured yet. Perhaps try checking Power Saving Mode and see what's up in there.

Also are you using VGA, DVI, etc?
