Forgive me if I'm in the wrong place to ask this question, but... I have a hard drive that is no longer able to boot into Windows. I actually had to use a recovery program to retrieve the files. (Used Active@ File Recovery; wonderful program 11/10 recommend) I found the Outlook profile (.pst) and restored it, but there are emails (email folders with saved emails) missing and all the contacts are missing. Typically when I export Outlook data, I HAVE to do it in the program. I need to know if I can retrieve contacts, emails etc without having to run the program with the email profile active.
Outlook 2010, was on Windows 7 Pro

Any info will help,
Thanks!
Jenn

@aford10 - I navegated there but the folder is empty. Even when I do "show hidden files" nothing comes up. I'm using Windows 8.1
