550 dollar gaming pc

Yesterday at the supermarket I saw a relatively good gaming pc (I think).

So I would like to know this is a good deal or not, if it's good enough for gaming, and can I upgrade it later on?
(Sorry, I'm from the Netherlands and my English is'nt that good yet)

Specs are cool for entry level gaming.
