Best Gaming Monitor for $150 or under!

I know its here alot but I still need to ask as monitors are always changing! I play CS:GO mainly and really want the best monitor I can to reach its max settings! Just need it at $150 or under but if there is one better for a small bit more dont forget to mention it!

This one is $130: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-vs229hp . It's an Asus, 22", 1080p, and has a 5ms response time.
I have this monitor: http://www.amazon.com/ViewSonic-VX2452MH-24-Inch-LED-Lit-Monitor/dp/B00EZSUVHK. It's a viewsonic, 22", 1080p and 2ms response time. It also has integrated speakers (main reason I got it). My only complaint is that it's slightly darker than my other screen but it's barely noticeable. Also just a side note these are not the best monitors but they are nice budget monitors. I would recommend you get the Asus because it's cheaper, but it's up to you.

+1; the VN247H by ASUS is one of the best monitors for the price it is sold in terms of price to performance.
