Opinion on on my PC build before I buy it (gaming)

Hello... It is around a $875 computer if you remove the accessories, operating system and optical drive. Later I will buy more RAM and maybe another GPU. I NEVER want to over clock and if I do I'll just buy an I-7 K. So what are your overall thoughts on the build? Once more time. It's a $1,300 before discounts and rebates, it's a $1,200 PC after rebates etc. and a $875 PC before peripherals and optical drive.
