so Hi i got a i7 4770k and i was wondering if i should do the step to ''water cooling'' or not

i just don't feel safe at all with the stock air cooling and i'd like to overclock to get the max out of my rig

will the ''water colling'' give me some more fps or anything at all if im only playing games/watching movies..
