Not sure what you are asking or posting?

I've never heard of Bykski...looking at some Google images, looks like they simply just copied existing ideas by EK, Koolance and others. But you also likely get what you pay for.

You also only have a CPU and GPU block listed...you're going to need a lot more than that to setup a loop.

Pump
Tubing
Fittings
Radiator
Reservoir (or T-line)

my question is, if these waterblocks is reliable? anyone set this one up. Radiator, tanks, pump, tube fittings no problem.
additional design probably is 2 Y-fittings: 1 for splitting cold liquid and 1 for combining 2 hot tube liquid

I've never heard of them...everything I've read is that they are a questionable Chinese company that copies designs on some (what it looks like from photos as well). It would be wise to do a lot more research before buying. What happens if they don't have good quality control and you have issues? Do they offer a warranty of any sort? I also am wary of any vendor that includes phrases like 'Best CPU Cooler' and 'Best Radiator'....they obviously are lying unless they provide explicit comparisons and not just trying to have a catchy name.

I'd be wary too, bet the insert on the block was along the lines of...
**Pleased to have thinking you to purchasing cold fast waterblock for super best cooling to your Cpu!! Instructions to have fitting would vary as you Cpu or amd intel brackets fitting for supplied also am to the box to you for finding, careful to used the thermal heat paste tube before the fitting block!**
in thirtysix different languages of course hehe :)
Its a risk but not to say its not usable, but be wary and eagleeyed for failure and if its all good then feed back and the next guy searching for it will have a positive review to see

i have set it up slowly adding replacing pieces i was on a reserator 1 v1 old but the block finally corroded so replaced with ther cpu-mtx-c block very good beat my old block by 10 degrees and for mine that says a lot unfortunately i need to de-lid my cpu but havnt yet anyways on a side note they send 4 screws and a back plat here s the issue the thumb screws dont get used cause of the back plate so either expect to do some modding to the screws so there's no head or find some at local hardware store but kinda disappointing.any ways thats my 2 cents on the blocks not bad though.

I will answer this question!!!!! check out my past build

https://pcpartpicker.com/b/vKf8TW

I used a Bykski amd cpu block and a water pump and reservoir and this is still going strong today a year later, also I used a bykski res and pump on my wifes build here

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/jeffreymays44/builds/#view=jVQV3C

and it is still going strong, the only issue with her reservoir is that the acrylic res is showing a little grazing in the acrylic, but now you can get a barrow brand glass reservoir for cheap here

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Barrow-PG65-170-Glass-Transparent-Reservoir-Tank-170mm-Black-Cap/32718776354.html?spm=2114.01010208.3.59.5JWiGi&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_5_10065_10068_10000074_10000032_119_10000025_10000029_430_10000028_10060_10000067_10062_10056_10055_10000062_10054_301_10059_10099_10000022_10000012_10103_10000015_10102_10096_10000018_10000019_10000056_10000059_10052_10053_10107_10050_10106_10051_10000053_10000007_10000050_10084_10083_10000047_10080_10082_10081_10110_10111_10112_10113_10114_10115_10037_10033_10000041_10000044_10078_10079_10077_10000038_429_10073_10000035_10121,searchweb201603_2,afswitch_2,single_sort_3_default&btsid=1ca788ce-a1c0-482a-85f4-057f23d8dd70

which would be nicer quality . I wouldn't hesitate buying these items if it would save you a little dough for other areas of your build.

well, I used the semi universal bykski GPU block for Nvidia reference cards. https://ru.aliexpress.com/store/product/Bykski-N-GX-X-for-GTX480-670-680-GTX580-780-770-980-970-VGA-Water-Cooling/1394909_32446978434.html?spm=2114.12010208.1000016.1.k8OusQ&isOrigTitle=true
It was OK. The overall quality seems to be decent.
The downsides are: it's big and cooling performance is not ideal. Switch to EK-FC block resulted in ~10C lower temperatures and much slimmer card.

while picking parts (rads, fittings etc) for your system, make sure that they all made of the same metal (copper, brass - naked or nickel plated).
