yeah .. its like 1 in a 1000 that failes... but recent liquid cooler have way more denser and technically stronger tubing.. which decreases the point of failure.. i generally prefer luquid cooling to air cooling.. as per case .. u can have a look at Rosewill THOR V2

no probs there are plenty air coolers out there.. but i basically like liquids as it takes less space around cpu so that wont come in way for other components like ram and gpu.. if u go for air.. u must equip your case with adequate air flow .. or else u may run into positive and negative issues..

lololol you are a brat when it come to computer parts. Liquid cooling will be outperformed by Aircooling in many cases.

My man, what are those positive and negative issues that you are pointing out?

ok, forget the cooler debate, you're a bit unbalanced here. you'd be much better off getting an i5 and overclocking it than you would be getting an i7. the reason is that most games don't even scale past 4 cores (these games are heavily reliant on single core performance ie: core clock), and those that do, it's only an overflow and the first four cores need to be stronger.
also, the gtx 970 has vram issues. hopefully future technologies are able to remedy this, but chances are they won't. we'll just have to buy the next line. that's why i recommend the 980. think about it: the 680 is still effective in today's gaming. you have the budget for the big guy, why not get him while he's good.
16GB of RAM is more than you need.
SSDNOW is a crappy model, MX100 is FAR superior and you have room for a 256 GB
and 850 is way more than you need. 620 would technically be enough for 2 980s
