Looking for a 1080 monitor for gaming. I'm not much of a competitive gamer, rather games like Farcry, Elder Scrolls or GTA (also a lot of ARMA but most servers don't get above 30fps). I'd rather them look nicer, than run at 144hz.
I have not tried many monitors. I'm liking the D590 because of its PLS panel and low input lag. Never tried a 1ms TN, I've heard you can't really tell the difference of response time at 60hz. Is this true?
I'm using an old 1680x1050 Benq TN 5ms (FP222W) at the moment. would this be a be a good upgrade?
