No need to post such things. Just posting your mobo was sufficient. If your mobo has PCIe × 16 slot then the graphics card will be straightforward compatible with your pc, no issues.

It ought to, yes. Make sure you get one that will fit in your case. Many if not most are low-profile. None of them need a power connection, or put a significant load on a PSU.
If you want to play game though, take a look at a HD7750, GT740, GTX750 or GTX750Ti. If your PSU is at least 250W, you can run any of them (even if the cards claim a larger one, e.g. 400W, is needed). There are low-profile versions of all of these as well.
