Looking for a good 1080p screen under $200

So I'm getting a new PC soon most likely and I'm going to replace my old monitor. I am looking for a good LCD monitor under $200 that has these features:

IPS panel
1920x1080 resolution
5ms or less response time
8-bit panel
22" or 23"
Matte screen and bezel, no glossy

I know there's the AOC I2353PH, but are there any others you'd recommend that are preferably by Acer or Asus, or any other brand?

oops just realized some of your requirements never mind

Looks nice, but I'm not having glossy bezels or a glossy panel. A glossy back is fine, but the bezel and screen must be matte. I just can't stand the glare of glossy screens. Also, that is a TN panel and I need an IPS.

Oops, I didn't originally put that in the first post, that I need matte screen and bezel.
