Need a Monitor $150 price budget

The title pretty much say's it all. I am looking for a monitor that is in the $150 price range.
This monitor will be mainly for gaming.

Is there a reason that monitor is better? The other two have 2ms response time, verse 5ms on that one?

All three are good .
