The title pretty much say's it all. I am looking for a monitor that is in the $150 price range.
This monitor will be mainly for gaming.

So far I have found these:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236174&leaderboard=1
$159.99 ($124.99 after $20 MIR and $15 off promo code)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236117
$159.99 ($129.99 after $20 MIR and $10 off promo code)

Out of these 2 monitors which one is the best? or if you know of a monitor that would work better what is it?

Solution
IPS

All three are good .

Advantages
IPS panels display consistent, accurate color from all viewing angles[11] A state-of-the-art (2014) comparison of IPS vs. TN panels concerning color consistency under different viewing angles can be seen on the website of Japan Display Inc.[12]
Unlike TN LCDs, IPS panels do not lighten or show tailing when touched. This is important for touch-screen devices, such as smartphones and tablets.[9]
IPS panels can process high speed signals without data loss by using copper wiring with low resistance values.
IPS panels offer clear images and stable response time.[9]

Disadvantages
IPS panels require up to 15% more power than TN panels.
IPS panels are more expensive to produce than TN panels.
IPS panels have longer response time than TN panels.
