Asus z87-A board
Radeon R9 280x GPU
Main monitor
New Asus MX279H (plugged into DVI-D on GPU)
Second Monitor
Samsung S22c300 (Plugged into HDMI on GPU)
From boot onwards my Samsung has random red and green flickering pixels all over the place - I think this is called "maldischarge"...
The really weird part is if I change the resolution of the second monitor in windows to something lower, 1600x900 for example, it stops. But of course on booting up it still shows and lookings worrying/terrible.
I've attached a photo of my second monitor. The problem is the red and green flickering all over, that's my desktop and it should be black around the edges and white in the middle (space picture).

UPDATE: Tried swapping the cables around and the fuzz appears on my main screen too! I guess that puts it down to either the card or the cable...
