My ASUS N550JK laptop no longer detects any wireless networks. It was working one night and the next morning it wasn't working.

- I checked device manager and under network adapters I just have the "ethernet" adapter and two Bluetooth adapters (not sure why they weren't under the Bluetooth folder). I even showed hidden adapters but nothing for wireless.
- I tried to install all 7 of the drivers listed on the ASUS support site but nothing worked.
- My next step is to open the laptop and unplug the card and plug it back in (and the CMOS as well) but I just want to see if there is any other solutions for this..

I am sure the card is dead but the laptop is only 6 months old

Is the wireless LED lit up (just below the touchpad)?

Did you accidentally press Fn+F2? This turns off the wireless adapter (Airplane mode).

Did you check wireless settings from the "Instant key" button (upper left above keyboard).

Check BIOS settings to make sure wireless adapter is Enabled.

Just a few ideas.

Go through your manual, there's so many different ways to turn wireless off/on it's crazy: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/nb/N550JV/E_eManual_N550JA_JV_LF_VER7914.pdf
