My computer running planetary annihilation?

So, I really want Planetary Annihilation, but I am not sure if my computer has the requirements needed to run it well/with reasonable fps, 20fps+. My computer specs are
CPU:Intel Core i7-4510U
RAM:8 Gigs
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 m275
OS: Windows 8 64-bit
Computer: Lenovo Y40 laptop

The minimum screen resolution is 1280x720

I don't think you will have a problem running it around Medium settings.
