Graphic card does not work on new pc

Hello there, I just bought a brand new Lenovo pc. I installed my used Gigabyte Radeon HD 7770 1GB, on the pc. I plugged my HDMI cable in to the monitor from the GPU and everything should be O.K, but when I boot up my pc, my monitor is black and nothing happens? (btw, there was already an integrated nvidia graphics card in it, that i replaced with my own)

PSU 550W
8gb ram

Make sure that integrated graphics in the BIOS is disabled.

Press Delete button (most common key) when booting computer. For some brands it is the F1 or F2 key. Might need to press it repeatedly. Also there might be information in laptop manual.

thanks, I am in it. Under the advance tab it seems to be that I have to make some changes there, but I am too scared for that I will do it wrong, and cant restore it back to normal again. Any ideas?
