PC Random reboots without warning?

My PC/stationary(non-laptop) has random reboots by its own.
It doesnt give me a warning or anything like a blue screen.
The reboots are not "consistent"? like some of them happen after 5 minutes or maybe 30 minutes or maybe even 30 seconds.
I did not build this PC, nor have i changed any of the components of the PC.
But it runs great in safe mode.
I have experienced this before but the suddenly it stopped. But is has now returned.
I have scanned with Anti-Virus (AVG) aswell.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

8 GB ddr3 RAM
64 bit Win 7 Home Premium
AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor 3.79 ghz
750 w Power Supply
1 TB HDD

Drivers, drivers, drivers... Hit your motherboard manufacturers web site and check for any updates with the chipset or other components. Then do the same with your GPU. For good measure, ensure your Windows updates are being applied monthly. See where you stand after applying updates...

I cant find my motherboard manufactures web site and the AMD Catalyst doesn't work
