Distance between my computer to my router is 30feet/10metres with furniture and 1 wall in between. I am trying to stream at least 720p to Twitch at 2500kb/s using Open Broadcast Software. Currently using "Pace a5520n" single band router, with "TP-LINK TL-WN821N Wireless N300 USB Adapter". My internet cuts off randomly and my maximum stream bitrate is 2000kp/s. But recently it has started slowly down and I dropped it to a low 500kb/s.

Should I upgrade my router and adapter or add a powerline. My Motherboard supports Killer Network by MSI which supposedly increases my internet through Ethernet.

Wireless adapter:

Motherboard:

Router came with service provider, Singtel.

First recommendation would be powerline ethernet, although your router is a bit 'basic' so you might benefit from a new one. A brief google search is not complimentary to that router ;)

What's your budget?

Powerline basics:

TP-LINK TL-PA2010KIT AV 200Mbps Nano Powerline Adapter Starter Kit

TP-LINK TL-WPA4220KIT Advanced 300Mbps Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender, Repeater, AV500 Powerline Edition
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833704197 $60

Dual band routers, with recommended brands, with gigabt ethernet, sorted by ratings:

Hey thanks for your reply, however I heard that powerline has slower Internet speed but more stable. Is that true? And my budget is as low as possible but if something is more worth it, I don't mind pay more. Let's keep my budget at 50 for now

Powerline is only slower in comparison to direct ethernet connections, and even then, not by much. Much more stable than wireless, with consistent speeds.

So your cheapest solution would be the basic powerline adapers, I think that would solve your problems for now.

But, your router is the weakest link I think, you might need to save up a bit more to get a really good router. More like $100 or so. Still, the link I gave for routers is still valid. There's a few refurbs that are close to your budget. Refurbs are fine (in my opinion)... they've basically gone thru quality control twice.

Yeah I did some Research on them and find that I might pay more for the 4220kit. Just one last question. When I get it, should I still connect to it wirelessly to the kit or wired
