where is the reply button on toms hardware forum for android

I cant use pc right know so im using android 4.2i dont see any reply button in the questions.any solution?

■ that sucks!!why they removed such feature.i have some answers in my questions from user and i want to reply to him so he will be informed.mayby there is a way to force to use descktop version?
