best 120hz budget monitor

Doubt there is one.

Even if there was...don't do it man. Save a little more and get something by AOC for example who do excellent monitors for cheap.

Also, it implies you want to run something at more than 60 fps consistently, meaning you have a fairly solid system. Why cripple it and your eyes with an awful display?

There are no "budget " 120 or 144hz monitors. That's the whole point, they're premium hardware. I doubt you can even get a 24" 60Hz monitor for 100 bucks unless there is some kind of sale. Your best bet would be to save a while longer and then get a monitor. 120 or 144hz are probably going to run you a mimum of about 175.00-ish.

Personally, I like to stick with ASUS and BenQ displays.
