The name of the monitor is(
Samsung SD590 Series S24D590PL 23.6-Inch Screen LED-lit Monitor). The name of my computer is the (CyberpowerPC Gamer Supreme SLC7000 1-Inch Desktop (Black/Red)). What do I need to do to hook 3 monitors up to this computer...The graphics card is fine I just need to know the exact cords I need. I am not tech savvy so bear with me on technical terms.

Solution
Yeah, once you plug everything in, linking them will just be a matter of choosing the "extend desktop" option in your settings. Easy! :)

You need five things, in either of two confiugrations:

First Configuration
(1) HDMI cable
(2) HDMI cable
(3) HDMI cable
(4) Converter = Dual Link DVI-D to HDMI
(5) Converter = Dual Link DVI-D to HDMI

Second Configuration
(1) HDMI cable
(2) HDMI cable
(3) HDMI cable
(4) Converter = Dual Link DVI-D to HDMI
(5) Converter = DisplayPort to HDMI

The GPU in your computer is an R9 270X. The outputs suport two Dual Link DVI-D ports, and HDMI, and a DisplayPort:

Your monitors' best input is HDMI:

So you'll need to use the native HDMI and also convert two outputs from the card into HDMI. That's why there are two configurations. You'll either convert both DVI ports or only DVI and the DisplayPort to HDMI.
