Tutorials function not working?

Just wondering if there is something currently going on with the tutorials area or if it's just another round of "some issues currently being worked on"? Currently I get this when I click on create tutorial:

Tutorials are currently disabled, due to the copious quantities of spam they attract.

A pre-approval system is in the works, in theory.

We'll turn tutorial creation back on just as soon as we work out a few kinks and resolve the spam issue (which has come to a seemingly grinding halt after tutorial creation was disabled).
