Novice Pc Builder in need of help

Hi all first off ill tell you what my Pc Specs :
- Asus p8z77- V - LX Mother board / Ivy bridge
- AMD Radeon HD 6570
- 8Gb ram
- i5 3330 intel core / 3 ghz
- 1 Tb HD
- Windows 7

I would like to upgrade my graphics card to a NVidia GTX 750 Ti OC, along with abigger 450w Powersupply . I was just wondering if eveyrthing wil run fine and how good of a graphics card is the 750 ?

Everything seems compatible. 750TI is 2.5-3 times more powerful (as performance/framerates) than 6570. Power consumption is the same. You do not need better power supply than your current one.
