GTX 970 Partial Refunds on Tiger Direct?

Has anyone been able to get a partial refund from tiger direct? Many people from amazon and newegg have been getting from 20% to 30% refunds on their cards. Amazon gave me 20% refund which is78.44 I bought it in October they offered a full refund but I didn't want to give up my 970 it's still an awesome card
